This is hand's-down the best Japanese Steak House in Indy...the sushi is skillfully prepared by Mr. Ken...he knows what he's doing and does it wonderfully! The hibachi is great and also quite entertaining. They just relocated to this new stand alone building within the past year...it is beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. Staff is great - I cannot say anymore about how good of a place this is to eat! Enjoy this Indy staple!

The restaurant is nice inside. It looks clean. We went for Mother's day and it wasn't packed until about 1pm to 1:30pm. We got there about 12:30pm. The staff was nice. Our waiter Sloan was good. He wasn't slow. He was very quick. The food was good. I like the fact that the shrimp was jumbo and NOT the small ones. The performance the chef put on was funny and good. The only negative thing I would say is that a blast of cold air would blow in the restaurant and the food wasn't hot anymore.

My family and I have been here a couple of times now and most recently for my daughter's sixth birthday. She really gets a kick out of the show the chefs put on. The staff are particularly attentive and kind. We got to enjoy the artfully decorated fruit platter birthday thingy. I'm not entirely sure what the official name is, but she loved it and there was plenty to share! They also took a really cute Polaroid photo of us that we got to keep. It was a joyful evening.

4 of us in our party. We had steak, shrimp, scallops & chicken ... all with fried rice and vegetables. What a wonderful meal. Everything about the dining experience was worth the drive from New Palestine. Our Hibachi cook was pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent and very satisfying. One of the ladies in our group calls this one of her favorite restaurants. I now understand why. Thank you Sapporo for a wonderful evening and event.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The chef prepared the food exactly the way we requested and was very entertaining in the process. You should visit sometime.
